1. About Plenotrac
Plenotrac is an online learning platform providing practical CPD and applied learning content for modern finance professionals. Plenotrac is operated by TA&T Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Educational content disclaimer
All content on Plenotrac is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute audit, assurance, tax, legal, investment, or advisory services, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice specific to your circumstances.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your details up to date.
4. Plans, billing, and renewals
Plenotrac plans are billed yearly. Where Stripe billing is enabled, payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. If billing is not configured in a given environment, purchase flows may be unavailable.
5. Teams and seat limits
If you purchase a Teams plan, your account may be subject to a seat limit based on the tier selected. You must not exceed the seat limit. When the limit is reached, invites may be blocked until your tier is increased.
6. Certificates and verification
Plenotrac may issue course completion certificates. Certain plans include verifiable certificates with QR code and public verification. Certificates are evidence of platform-based completion and do not represent accreditation or endorsement by any professional body.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with platform operations, uploading malicious content, or using the service in a way that breaches applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
All platform content, including courses, text, and materials, is owned by Plenotrac or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from content without permission, except as allowed for personal learning use within the platform.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Plenotrac available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of Plenotrac after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
